Matt Fiddes Martial Arts Schools are the UK's largest chain of martial arts school with over 400 schools nation wide.  The school's objective is to develope well-rounded students, not only at the Academy, but in society as well.  The school, which teaches the principles of Black Belt excellence combined with Life Skills has won outstanding awards.  Respect, Discipline, Confidence, Fun, Temper Control, Anti-Bullying Skills, Stranger Danger and Self Defence are all covered as part of the training.

Sessions run every Friday as follows:

Mighty Matts 3 - 6 years   4.45pm

Juniors 7 - 11 years          5.30pm

Ladies only Kickboxing       6.30pm and 7.30pm (al ages, sizes and fitness levels welcome)
